I met Lindsay nearly ten years ago in Nashville and had the incredible honor of both standing beside her and photographing her and Justin’s intimate summer camp wedding this past October. It was an absolute dream. From hand-carved and hand-collected decor to the beer they brewed together to the s’mores shared by friends all weekend around a campfire, every detail reflected their personalities perfectly. Here is all of the inspiration you need for an elegant summer camp wedding.

Summer camp weddings are always a fun mix of elegance and playfulness. The mix elegant attire with hiking to cabins and riding on golf carts and sometimes event tent camping. Whether your campground venue has cabins or tents, inviting guests to stay for the weekend is another incredibly fun way to keep the party going and keep your people all together!
For Lindsay and Justin’s wedding weekend, we all packed into our tents and cabins on Friday evening before the rehearsal. The bridal party rehearsed and went to dinner, then welcomed the other guests around a campfire. There were s’mores and blankets for everyone to bundle up in. (This summer camp wedding was a chilly autumn wedding and equally as fun.) For the entire weekend, guests were invited to walk around the property, enjoy the space, and meet back for the wedding ceremony in the evening where we partied late into the night. The weekend concluded Sunday morning after a pancake breakfast cooked on a griddle over the bonfire. We shared mimosas, custom packaged coffee favors, congratulations and goodbyes before flying off to our homes.
