Elopements & intimate weddings take on many different forms. Whether you have 30 people in your family’s backyard, just you and your love in your favorite national park, a few days of adventure in Europe, or a sunny afternoon at the courthouse. I can help you plan all of the details from location ideas to national park fees to local vendors in your destination to ideas for what to do before and after your elopement. I’m happy to be a resource for you. Let’s create something wonderful. Scroll down for more information on some of my favorite locations, or click below to contact me.

WHERE TO ELOPE IN THE UNITED STATES -
the Oregon Coast
Colorado, Utah, Wyoming
INTERNATIONAL ELOPEMENT DESTINATIONS -
Europe: Italy, Ireland, Portugal, and Paris are my favorite spots
Eastern Canada: British Columbia & Alberta Banff & Yoho National Parks, Vancouver, for example
If you have even just a hint of a vision, let’s chat and bring those dreams to life.
Q. WILL I HAVE TO COORDINATE YOUR FLIGHTS & HOTELS?
A. Nope! I’ll send you my itinerary before & after booking, and be in touch when I’m traveling to your destination. You won’t have to worry a bit about it. I always arrive early in case of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Whatever information you need from me, I am happy to provide.
Q. WHAT WILL ARRANGEMENTS AND COST BE?
A. I am open to a wide range of options. Generally when couples get married at a resort, I stay there as well. Other times I will book and airbnb nearby. Before our first call I’ll research flights, lodging, and rental cars in your area around your date and will have travel expenses included in your custom quote.
Q. WHAT IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN TO MY LOCATION?
A. Before shooting at a new location, whether it’s in Nashville or in Italy, I spend time researching the venue and the surrounding areas. I’ll reach out to local wedding vendors, speak with your planner if you have one, and make sure that I am familiar with the area before I go. Another reason I arrive early is to scout out the location and get to know the area a little bit!
Q. WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF FLYING YOU IN?
A. No matter where you’re located, when you’re choosing a photographer, you want to choose someone whose images make you feel. Someone who creates beautiful work, who connects with you, and someone you’re excited about. Anyone with a camera can take pictures of people on a pretty mountain. But not everyone with a camera can immerse themselves in your story to capture the emotion, the beauty, and the wonder that is YOU, and not just the beautiful scenery. A perfect combination of images capturing your love and the magnificence surrounding us, knowing that every detail, every teardrop, every pine or palm tree, is a part of your story and your memory and your day.
