One Saturday in late February, I hid behind some columns at the Nashville Public Library while Jacob walked Allie up into the courtyard for a “surprise date.” I met Jacob during our freshman year at Lipscomb, and Allie the following year when we studied abroad in Chile. Then we all watched them fall in love, and here we are! Allie picked Jacob up and drove them to the library, but little did she know, a beautiful ring was sitting in the courtyard waiting for Jacob to open it and offer it to her. The rain held off, the weather was stunning, and Allie was completely surprised. Congratulations to these wonderful friends!
